While trick-or-treating is still (generally) just for kids, there's nothing stopping grownups from treating ourselves to a box of treats. No tricks attached!

Check out this year's boo boxes from a few of Beijing's favorite bakeries.

Comptoirs de France's Halloween desserts series makes for an extra-sweet party treat.

Treats offered range from mummy eclairs (RMB 46) to Halloween cupcakes (RMB 42) and chocolate Oreo mousse cake. To order, scan the QR code below.

The Patisserie at the Grand Hyatt has a mix of delicious treats for Halloween, from hand-crafted chocolates and cookies to Halloween-inspired chiffon cakes.

For those who prefer DIY treats, Malika's Cakes has a set of Halloween cookies that come with icing and makes for a fun family activity to do together for the holiday. Each box is RMB 78 and includes six big gingerbread cookies along with icing. To order, add her on WeChat at Malika-08 or scan the QR code below.

Another local favorite is Cameron Nicholas who makes big, yummy cupcakes. The Halloween box is RMB 148 and includes three chocolate and three vanilla-flavored cupcakes decorated for Halloween. Pre-ordering is required. To get yourself a box, add him on WeChat at CameronNicholas or by scanning the QR code below.
